Project Overview
A commercial development in the hill country where high rainfall and persistent humidity drove both the material and the drainage design.
Aluminium-zinc coated sheet was specified for its corrosion performance in sustained damp conditions, and the drainage was sized for hill-country rainfall intensity rather than a generic figure. Curved profile sheets were used on the entrance canopies to give the building a distinct architectural line.
