Project Overview
A distribution warehouse where stored goods are sensitive to both heat and condensation dripping from the roof underside.
An insulated roofing system was installed to control radiant heat gain and eliminate underside condensation in a single operation, avoiding the cost and disruption of insulating the roof as a later retrofit. Industrial box gutters were fabricated to handle the full roof catchment.
